Within our service we offer a two appointment process which shows that we do not make a hasty decision. The first appointment will generally be telephone based in which we will conduct a ‘financial factfind’ to discover exactly what you want and need from your mortgage.
We will not be able to recommend a mortgage to you immediately as we take the time to research the entire mortgage market so that we can match the right mortgage to your needs and objectives. We might not recommend the lender that offers the lowest monthly payment as in finalising our recommendation we take into account a number of other factors, such as:

This in-depth report details the mortgage which is most suitable for your circumstances and provides a written explanation as to why we have made the recommendation. The report will be sent to you within 48 hours of receipt of your written authority to proceed.
We will arrange a convenient time to go through the report to ensure that you understand and are happy with the recommendations that we have made. We will then arrange to sign up any necessary paperwork to proceed with an application to the chosen lender.
