- All risks cover including subsidence subject to certain exclusions
- Automatic reinstatement of sum insured following loss
- Cover for damage to drains cables & underground pipes
- Cover for tracing & making good leaking underground pipes, drains & cables
- Accidental glass breakage for fixed glass and sanitary ware
- Up to 30% of Buildings sum insured for loss of rent or alternative accommodation expenses as a result of damage covered by the policy
- Replacement of locks following theft
- Loss of metered water as a result of bursting or leaking pipes
- Optional contents cover
- Standard £20,000 cover for replacement value of contents of communal parts
- £5m public liability for property owners
- £5m employers liability in the event of terrorism & £10m under all other risks
- Specified legal expenses
- Minimum excess on buildings is £100, £1000 for subsidence
- Minimum excess on contents is £50
- Minimum excess on public liability is £250
- Unoccupied cover of up to 45 days between tenants however we can provide specific policies for this if likely to be unoccupied for a longer period
